A mortgage broker is a licensed financial professional. He/She acts as an intermediatory who brokers mortgage on behalf of the borrower. He/She will do all the required paperwork on behalf of the borrower and submit them to the lenders. The lenders verify the papers and approve the mortgage. A mortgage broker will only be paid when the transaction of the mortgage amount is complete.
